Extension for the double floor in the motorhome

The high-quality double floor extension was specially developed for continuous use in motorhomes. It offers a stable and flexible solution for the secure storage of Euroboxes and other transport goods.

• Stable construction:
  The frame and slides are made of 20x20 mm aluminum construction profiles.
• Flexible mounting:
  The heavy-duty extensions are attached to vertical 20x20 mm profile posts and are height adjustable – ideal for overcoming loading edges.
• High load capacity:
  The extensions are 220 kg/76 mm full extensions. With an extension of 1500 mm, the evenly distributed load capacity is 140 kg – designed for daily use.
• Durable connection:
  All elements are screwed together; no system brackets are used – for maximum stability and durability.

Multiboard option

For the Eurobox frame, we offer a shaped-milled multiboard made of 9 mm thick, white laminated multiplex. It is attached to the extension frame with T-nuts and screws.

Depending on the mounting method, the board can:

• be mounted below the frame – thus preserving the grid for the boxes,
• or above, creating a continuous loading surface.

The board includes milled recesses where transport pieces, for example with expanders, can be securely fixed.

Ideal for installation in the double floor of the motorhome, where a reliable and load-bearing extension solution is required.

Alle Verbindungen sind vorgebohrt bzw. mit Gewinde versehen. Die Schubladen und der Rahmen werden mit Zylinderkopfschrauben montiert, die Schwerlastauszüge mit Nutensteinen und Senkschrauben befestigt.
Der Auszug wird im Doppelboden mit Klemmstützen zerstörungsfrei montiert.

Die Aufstandsfläche beträgt 1510mm x 889mm, Höhe individuell nach Vorgabe. Gewicht ca. 20kg. 4 Fächer für 4 Boxen 600mm x 400mm und 2 Fächer 300mm x 400mm bzw. für jede Box 600mm x 400mm 2 Boxen 300mm x 400mm.
